Are you a ServiceMax Admin who’d like to present or hide a set of SFM buttons to a group of users, such as your Technicians or Call Center Agents? Maybe your Technicians need access to an SFM button to generate a Service Report, while your Call Center Agents need to check entitlements, and you don’t want to overwhelm either group with buttons they don’t use.
