Do you have the right permissions enabled on this community?

The ServiceMax Community supports  a variety of resources, conversations, and collaboration areas for different people.

 

When you sign up for an account, you choose a member type.

You need to sign up with your business email address that is associated with your company. When we process your registration, we check your listed Company and your Email Domain against our records of ServiceMax Customers, Members of our Alliance Program Partnership, and Members of the Technology Partnership program.  All users who do not match those databases are approved as Guest Members.

 

If you think your membership is not set up correctly, check below to see if you have the correct access!

 

Guest Members

have an opportunity to build an invaluable network of experts, while sharing their own expertise and making connections.  In this community we’re all working towards mutual success in field service. Guest members can join conversation with people who have relatable experiences, whether that be delivering field service in the same region, a similar industry, or the same passion and excitement. You can learn a lot from what your peers are up to, and we want to make having those conversations and creating those connections as easy as possible.

 

ServiceMax Customers

enjoy even more!  This community serves as a centralized hub for all things related to customer success. Our community continues to be a great spot for customers to get acquainted and network with each other, ask their peers questions, and troubleshoot. They can access exclusive webinars, product discussion areas, documentation, and more.
