The West Coast User Group is a collaboration space powered by ServiceMax customers on the west coast of North America, and your excitement and desire to learn from each other, share feedback and expertise, and network and connect. Thus the format, frequency, engagement, and collaboration will be driven by user group members who are ready to reach out and start conversations, answer questions, propose initiatives. ServiceMax is delighted to support and enable this group however we can.

Some benefits you can take advantage of:

  • Help your organization to remain a key contributor toward innovating in the field service space and in your region
  • Collectively address issues or challenges as they arise
  • Leverage the expertise of your peers
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and products updates
  • Gain direct access to key subject matter experts - some of our most accomplished experts are our customers!
  • Enhance and improve the greater ServiceMax community, to the benefit of all!
