    SFM Error Message

      Hi Everyone, We are getting "Id value of Incorrect type:" error message some times when users are trying to create a case from Installed product using SFM transaction. Is there anything which we are supposed to do in order to resolve this Issue?

       

      But this is happening only sometimes not every time.

      Please suggest me the solution if anyone is aware of this Issue.
