I’m thrilled to be the first to welcome you to the new ServiceMax Community.
Back in May, I had been in my new role as VP of Customer Success for exactly one hour
when I was whisked away into a meeting about our Community. What I learned that day is that we had surveyed our customers, and the feedback included requests for training, events, more customer networking and documentation. We knew we had a lot of these (though we’re constantly improving on them), but what we found was they were difficult to locate.
Based on this customer feedback, the initiative to launch a more robust and intuitive community was already underway. It has been 4 months since my first day, and thanks to our hardworking team at ServiceMax, I am thrilled to welcome you to this new and greatly improved community for our customers, partners and the field service community.
What you see today is phase 1. Access to Support, Professional Services, Training, Events, and up to date Product information are all in one place now. Yet, there’s so much more great stuff to add here. Please have a look around and be sure to give us your feedback. We’re building this community for you - so please tell us what you think and what you want to see in the future!
I’m also excited to announce Deirdre Yee as ServiceMax’s new Community Manager. She’ll be your host and will continue to nurture and design the community based on your feedback.
Thank you for joining us as we grow this site from a ServiceMax based community to a venue for thought leadership and innovation in the field service industry. We are on a path to develop the world’s most sought after field service site, and we hope you’ll join us for the ride.
