How are you sharing your field service story?

I would love to hear if and how your company markets your service organization...and also introduce myself! I've been at ServiceMax for the last 1.5 years in Product Marketing and am excited to take on my new role doing Customer Marketing. Part of this role will be sharing our customer's stories through press releases, case studies, videos, webinars, social media, and events. I'll be working closely with Sue Domagalski who leads our Customer Loyalty program.
