Log a Support Case to test Spring 15 in Sandbox

Hi,

1) The "Log a Case" has not worked for me for quite some time, and 'forgot password' doesn't email me either to resolve. Not sure if my support login needs to be deleted or refresh or what. Can someone please resolve this so I can log cases in the future? Thanks.

2) I'd like to test Spring 15 in our Sandbox. I have granted admin access to SVMX support. Please email me so I can provide you with more data if you require it, i.e. salesforce org ID, sandbox org ID.

3) Do you have an approx. update date for the new Spring 15 iPad App, i.e. the first bug fixes?

4) Do you have an approx. release date for a Spring 15 SP?

You answer will help me determine a likely release schedule for our org.

Our Spring 15 package has been released and Spring 15 iPad App is available in App store.
