Audrey Hazak

Senior Vice President, Global Field Services Business Development for Europe, Schneider Electric

Audrey Hazak is Senior Vice President of the Global Field Services Business Development for Europe at Schneider Electric. She is focusing on delivering growth across all Go-To-Market models and targeted offers for all countries in the Europe region. In addition to that, she was in charge (until August 2017) of the Sales Excellence for all regions by designing the Field Services Channel strategy, the Marketing strategy & the Digital sales to drive Field Services growth worldwide.

Audrey is a powerful, dynamic & inspiring leader who demonstrated outstanding results in driving complex transformations in IT, software & services. Before creating the Global Field Services division in 2015, Audrey was leading the Field Services transformation across all Business Units, Geographies and Global Entities for Schneider Electric.

Previously, she managed the EMEA Customer Care Center to increase Customer satisfaction and efficiency. In this role, she led centralized and regional Back-office team for End-User business: Solutions and Services activities & built offshore CCC in new economies countries.

Anup Sharma

Vice President, Chief Information Officer & Chief Application Architect, GE Digital

Anup Sharma leads our application architecture & SW engineering teams across our Digital Thread product portfolio and our global Digital hub eco-system where we are building world-class software teams. He is responsible for driving enterprise optimization solutions to accelerate customer outcomes and $1 billion of productivity for GE. The Digital Thread powered by our Predix platform drives data transparency, horizontal solutions and accelerates speed to value.

Anup is a 20-year GE veteran, having held executive CIO positions at GE Oil & Gas, GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy, and GE Energy Field Services. He also served in a series of cross-functional leadership roles at GE Corporate and GE Capital along with a six-sigma quality Master Black-Belt (MBB) role.

Anup holds a bachelor of science degree in management information systems and business management from Huntington University in Indiana and is a graduate of GE’s Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP). He serves on the Council of Overseers at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business and is on the board of directors for the March of Dimes, Houston.

David Yarnold is the chief executive officer of ServiceMax. A veteran in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and Field Service industries, Yarnold has contributed to the success of some of the fastest growing companies in the enterprise software business over the past two decades.

Michael Foale

Michael Foale is the British born astronaut who sprang to public attention whilst on board the Mir space station.

Michael graduated from Cambridge University with a BA in Physics and a doctorate in Laboratory Astrophysics.

A veteran of four space flights, Foale has logged over 374 days in space including four space walks totaling 22 hours and 44 minutes. He was a mission specialist on STS-45, STS-56 and STS-63. In the last mission he undertook a four-hour EVA. He was then selected for an extended mission aboard the Russian Mir space station. Foale spent four months on Mir in 1997 during the Mir 23 and Mir 24 missions. During Mir 23, the station's Spektr module was struck by a Progress resupply vessel. Using knowledge from his physics degree Foale made calculations of how the stars were moving past his fixed-point thumb reference on a window, and was thus able to advise Russian ground control of how to stop the resulting roll. During Mir 24, Foale and Russian cosmonaut Anatoly Solovyev conducted a six-hour EVA in the Russian Orlan spacesuit to inspect exterior damage to the Spektr module. For his efforts, he was awarded the Yuri A. Gagarin Gold Medal by the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale. In 1999, Foale was a member of space shuttle mission STS-103, during which he conducted an eight-hour spacewalk to replace components of the Hubble Space Telescope

Adam has been involved with the ServiceMax deployment at CCEP for over 5 years since the very beginning working closely with the ServiceMax professional services team to evolve and improve the solution for CCEPs 500+ technicians. The latest project the team is working on is deploying the ServiceMax iPhone app to replace their legacy Salesforce Classic app.

Lorenzo Veronesi

Research Manager for IDC Manufacturing Insights EMEA

Veronesi supports all the Manufacturing Insights research services for EMEA, by analysing IT opportunities in multiple manufacturing industry sub-verticals, by writing quarterly industry updates and running annual surveys with manufacturing end-users. His research focus spans across key processes such as supply chain management, product lifecycle management and manufacturing operations management in multiple manufacturing verticals, including among others automotive, aerospace, machinery, high-tech, chemicals, CPG, and fashion. Before IDC, Veronesi has worked as an analyst in multiple areas, including research in the industrial logistics sector and as advisor for public authorities in Italy. Veronesi holds an MSc Degree in Regional Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science and has graduated cum laude at the Bocconi University in Milan.

Rob Van Waveren

Manager, Business Process Tools and Collaboration

Rob Van Waveren is the main contact between the business and IT for anything that involves Salesforce and ServiceMax within Coca-Cola European Partners - Cold Drink Operations. This involves overseeing the deployment of the ServiceMax field service solution and other business tools which the teams use. The latest project the team is working on is deploying the ServiceMax iPhone app to replace their legacy Salesforce Classic app.

Damian Hudson

Head of IT, SPP Pumps

Damian Hudson is Head of IT at SPP Pumps where he is responsible for the global IT infrastructure spanning 8 countries including UK, USA, South Africa, France and UAE. In his role of Head of IT he has overseen a global rollout of SAP to 4 countries and in more recent years, the move to Cloud technologies. Damian has been heavily involved in the implementation of ServiceMax to 3 countries (soon to be 4) and was part of the global implementation team of Salesforce to 450 users. Damian has been in the IT Industry for more than twenty years starting out in IT support before the move to management several years ago. Working in the senior management team, he is also responsible for setting the IT strategy for the business and ensuring all compliance, security and legal issues are under control. Damian is a graduate of Business Information Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Mark Appleton Business Analyst, Domino UK LTD

Working at Domino Printing Sciences, Mark covers a Organisation of 800 ServiceMax users as well as 900 Salesforce users across 14 channels around the globe. At Domino; the team have just completed a project to deploy the solution to 7 of these channels in the last 2 years. Mark has worked with Salesforce for over 7 years, where he deals with both administration and development (declarative and programmatic). Mark has also been working with ServiceMax for just over 2 years, meaning he has to frequently weigh up Sales and Service requirements in order to deliver solutions that fit both.

Russell Jacobs

Business Analyst - Service, Domino UK LTD

Russell Jacobs is the Business Analyst for Service at Domino UK Ltd, a designer, manufacturer and supplier of industrial printing and labelling solutions.

Russell is responsible for all aspects of Servicemax system, including, but not limited to SFM user interfaces development for helpdesk and mobile devices, synchronisation set up for iPads, iPhones and PC's, back end integration and Salesforce administration. With over 400 users live on the system (soon be increased to 800), Russell has been involved with the ServiceMax deployment since 2009 working closely with the end user community, business management and ServiceMax teams to ensure successful service transformation.

Mark Homer

Vice President of Global Customer Transformation - ServiceMax

Mark Homer is Vice President of Global Customer Transformation at ServiceMax where he focuses on working with prospects and existing customers to understand and unlock the true value of their field service organizations. Mark is known as a dynamic, innovative and highly successful IT and digital sector director with technological vision, commercial acumen and an outstanding record for driving sales, partner channels and business development. With 25 years in the software and technology industry of which the last ten have been focused on the global service sector. Prior to joining ServiceMax, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer at Service Power Business Solutions (SVR). In this role he headed software development across offshore partners and agile development teams over three time zones. He spearheaded technological strategic vision, product development for Service Power scheduling, optimisation and field service operations and led the digital strategy for M2M and IoT connected services. Mark was educated at Oxford Brookes University and was one of the first Fellows of the Institute of IT Training.

Gabriele Bodda

Senior Director of Product Management - ServiceMax

Gabriele Bodda is a Senior Director of Product Management at ServiceMax from GE Digital leading integration and verticalization strategy. For seven years prior to that, Gabriele managed enterprise cloud solutions in the customer service space at SAP. Gabriele is based in London and often works with the EMEA customer base.

David Ovadia

APM Product Marketing Director - GE Digital - ServiceMax

David leads Product Marketing for our Asset Performance Management suite (APM) for Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Food and Beverage & Consumer Packaged Goods (F&B/CPG). His experience spans brand management, marketing, and product management for consumer, SMB, and enterprise software.

Joseph June

Vice President, Product Management - ServiceMax

As the Vice President of Product Management, Joseph June is responsible for the strategy and roadmap of mobile, scheduling and optimization products at ServiceMax. Joseph is an experienced product leader with more than 19 years of experience in enterprise mobile applications, mobile cloud services, field service, BPM (business process management) and CRM platforms. Prior to ServiceMax, Joseph was the Senior Director of Product Management at Pegasystems where he was responsible for leading and launching Pega Application Mobility Platform and Pega Field Service. Joseph also held product leadership and management roles at Antenna Software, BEA Systems, Oracle and IBM. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Chicago.

Agni Ananda

Director, Innovation & Enablement - ServiceMax

As Director, Innovation & Enablement at ServiceMax, from GE Digital, Agni Ananda is responsible for building new products focused on efficient project delivery and execution. He has completed 50+ outcome focused implementations from small business to complex global customer deployments, Angi has held a variety of positions during his nine years at ServiceMax. Prior to joining the company Agni held various roles with Texas Instruments and Avaya Labs. He is an experienced solutions and integration architect with more than 15 years of experience with enterprise solutions, including 10 years of development.
