In ServiceMax Setup, there are a number of areas where this does not happen. You select a field that is a picklist field to use as entry criteria and the field for the value, instead of a list of the picklist value is a free text field. This means that configuring takes longer and allows a value to be added that isn't actually a picklist value.
e.g When creating an auto entitlement rule adding criteria to it and selecting a picklist field like 'order status' the value field is free text and is not showing me the picklist values.
Other examples are 'Event Subject Rules' and 'Event Hover Rules'.
I also assume this would not work if the main picklist value is English and the config is done in a different language using translations of the picklist values.
