We are running Winter 16 SP and since an upgrade of the iPad App our techs experience an issue where they see a -1 Conflict on the iPad and all of their associated work orders disappear from the calendar. A reset APP resolves this but then later during the day the above reoccurs again. When you look in resolve conflicts under tools, no conflicts are displayed. But a Sync will continue to be successful. However the Events vanishing cause an issue.
In our config SET016 is enabled as a previous post (Sync Conflict ) I found mentioned that this would resolve the issue. But we have always had this enabled.
Has anyone experience this since the new Winter 16 for iPad 16.20.010, which was released on the 25th September 2016?
