We had scheduled a roll out of the android app to a group of service technicians September 1st. I was really impressed with the android app. We tested the app on a variety of android phones. Somewhere between our QA test and the week before the roll out , the Android app broke. The work order shows up on the calendar, but will not open. Same for the search functionality. You would think this would be a simple view process issue. We are on Summer 15. We have a case open and engineering has been looking at the issue. We have a large group of people on the Ipad app and they are working fine on the same salesforce instance with virtually the same SFMs and search functions.
