Anyone having issues with ServiceMax Summer 14 for iPad and synching data?

Anyone having issues with ServiceMax Summer 14 for iPad.  Our techs are getting blank work orders (no information) and the sync will just continue to spin and then eventually turn red. Mike Monin

I have Summer'14 working just fine with the Ipad. Is your org a new setup or did it work fine before?

If it is a new org, you could check the (field level) security settings of the profiles of your technicians. Maybe they don't have the correct access rights.

We are ok at the moment.  We realized it had to do when the techs did a certain SFM (Create Dash 1 - WO).  The workaround has been to have them do a reset app.  It has happened to us 2 times so far.  We just recently updated to Spring 15 and we will see if it keeps happening.  After the first time it happened, it worked fine for almost a month until it happened again.  We will see if updating to the new version will help.
