We are ok at the moment. We realized it had to do when the techs did a certain SFM (Create Dash 1 - WO). The workaround has been to have them do a reset app. It has happened to us 2 times so far. We just recently updated to Spring 15 and we will see if it keeps happening. After the first time it happened, it worked fine for almost a month until it happened again. We will see if updating to the new version will help.
