Billable quantity is not replicating from the mobile app-

I have checked entitlement settings and get price settings - all seem to be correct however when a user is entering billable quantity on the iPad and completing the work orders after the data sync it will not replicate on the browser- Please help!

I would recommend filing a Support ticket.  There are some additional details that will be needed in order to troubleshoot this issue you are experiencing.
