Does anyone have experience using VMware on PC to capture iPad log?

We are trying to find the best way for capture the log and troubleshoot iPad issues for PC users

Technically it is possible to install VMWare, OSx and xCode on a PC to draw debug logs,however, in the OSx enduser agreement it states that OSx xan only be installed on.a Mac device. Therefore, due to enduser agreements Servicemax does not recommend this approach.
