Has anyone seen this bad behavior? We have users on bot iPad Classic and FSA App. After an App reset the Menu items on the Work Order section are duplicated and The WLD items are duplicated.
This happened after our monthly release - there were no direct changes that the iPad App users would see.
We've seen this before in sandbox testing and logging out of the App, closing it and logging in would set it back to normal. This does not seem to be working in Production. (i'll be opening a case)
We did not open a ticket.
We found the issue was caused by the server side SFM actually duplicating the fields. This was manually fixed.
I'm not sure if this occurred during a change being moved into Prod.
