In case a technician creates a service report with FSA and the service report has some checklists, we have following situation.
1. Technician can answer a checklist as follow.
The service report does not recognize the line break. We see 1. 2. 3. in one line.
@dmartinez checklist reports do not retain any formatting today in any ServiceMax app - FSA, Go, Browser. You can create support ticket so that a fix can be investigated.
