In case a technician creates a service report with FSA and the service report has some checklists, we have following situation.
1. Technician can answer a checklist as follow.
The service report does not recognize the line break. We see 1. 2. 3. in one line.

@dmartinez What we realized after some investigation was that the output Doc designer didnt have a way to save the sequence of checklists to be printed. We are enhancing the Output document designer in 21.2 to remember the sequence of checklists to be printed.
Talking about the mobile, we will enhance the ServiceMax Go app to honor this sequence. Once we plan this for a release for ServiceMax Go, I will update this post.
At the moment, there are no plans to include this enhancement in the FSA apps.
