Hi All,
Has anyone run into an issue when creating a record in Servicemax GO where the field values do not update and lookup fields populate with the record ID?
I have checked the field level security, this does not happen when using the FSA app.

We experienced similar issue, one work around is; within "Views" switch the WO View to a different one and then go back to desired WO View
