Fields are blank in iPad Classic for Work Order
Recently our technicians are installed new iPad Classic version. In the Day view calendar, when technician tap the work order all work order field values showing up blank values.
We are not understanding whether it is ServiceMax product issue or need to enable any features to populate these values.
This is the production issue. We need quick support on this.

@rajamalla I suggest you open a support ticket for this item. As long as the technician has the required permission this should show up.
We found the root cause of this defect. This is happening because we have duplicate field labels in work order object. Renamed one of the field labels, the issue got resolved.
