Hi Javed - Thank you for taking the time to reach out and my apologies for the length of time in responding. The issues was reported incorrectly. Some of our techs were experiencing isses with the iPad - saving their debrief. In some cases it was freezing up and they were having to log off and back on, still causing them issues saving.
Resolution: Re-install the SVMX app, winter 16, verion 16.20.020 - a temporary version that fixes the defect of "hang up when excusing SFM on iPad".
