How to keep Technician & User record adresses in sync
Looking for input from others on how and where you store and maintain addresses. For your service teams, do you capture their physical addresses on their technician record or their user record or both? If both, how do you keep them in sync?

Hi @pvogler, we do not store Technician home addresses in ServiceMax for HR reasons. They are stored in our SAP ERP system.
However we do record the lat and long of they customer they last started work at as their latitude and longitude on their Technician Record.
We also have a piece of code in our solution that keeps the name fields in step between Technician and User records so that may be worth looking at for your address fields. Or a solution using Salesforce Process Builder to achieve this.
