One of our field technicians is getting an error when he is trying to run a data sync on his Iphone with the IOS mobile app. He has not been able to successfully sync in days and he has completed Work Orders that need to be synced and closed out. The error he received is: Servicemax Iphone: The Operation couldn't be completed. Software caused connection abort. Has anyone experienced this and/or know a fix?

Best thing to do is raise a support case. With device details, app version, server version and any replication steps.
