Mobile for Laptop Calendar details missing when upgrading!
Anyone using Laptop mobile app, version Autumn17? We were ready to update from Summer16 and I tested it out first but the calendar has less information than the previous edition! It was already lacking in information previously but at least it showed Account Name whereas now it only shows the WO# unless you click into the record. This is not good for the technicians who need to manage their calendars if they can't see any information the is relevent to them. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this have any solutions. Maybe the newest release gives back the functionality it had?

Fully agree (even though we don't use FSA yet since it is not yet available for iPhone). This should be fully configurable, either by the users themselves (based on a default set by the Admin) or by an Admin. Might have to vary by record type and other criteria (certain coding, urgency etc.) as well, especially because all information is available in the record already.
