Off line search returns different results to an online search

In Explore in Winter15 when we carry out a search off line by leaving the search box blank and using the blue search button on the iPad , it produces different results to when we search on line, with the orange Include Online Items.

Is there a reason for this?

In Search My Van Stock, then look in Available Trunk Stock.

This is the off line view, which shows the ServiceMax Stock ID and product.

When you do online search, the first two fields configured for search results are displayed as expected. During offline search, the fields displayed are not as per the SFM Search configuration. It was recently found that this issue occurs with some searches and is being investigated. This is likely to get addressed in the next release.

You can log a case with ServiceMax Support for this issue, to get notified when the fix is available.
