Reporting on Mobile

Pulling up reports is something we would like to have in mobile as well (similar to salesforce). Is there other work around for now?

Can you list the types of reports you think a technician should be seeing.

Currently yes its via the SFDC mobile app.

Our technicians ask for this and they want to see their trunk stock inventory and certain Work Order activity reports.

Several years ago I added shortcut links in the iPad Mobile Apps (prior to Summer 16). These opened up in the Salesforce Mobile app (we have the users flagged as mobile). These have since been taken out, can we still do this in FSA?

We did configure several dashboards they can use in the Salesforce Mobile App, however, it would be very convenient for the users to access this thru the ServiceMax apps.

Deeplinking with SF1 was possible.

But the app has had a refresh and don't think this is available any more.

Thanks for the response. So the big question is if the iPad Apps have reporting in the Roadmap?
