Unable to log into sandbox on iPad

For at least the last week we are having issues with users trying to log into our sandboxes with the iPad Classic app.  The sandboxes in question have Salesforce Summer '19 and ServiceMax 19.1 installed.  The inital login starts, but then gets hung up on Step 5 of 6 for as long as an hour before we kill the process.  We have a case open for the issue, but I'm wondering if anyone else has seen a similar issue?
