I have a roll up summary field on the work order that summarizes labor hours from the work details. This field does not get updated on the new Field Service App for iPad even after I sync the data two or more times. In previous apps, this field got updated even if the data was not sync'd.
Has anyone else experienced this?
This is was resolved via an Engineering Patch in Autumn 17 Version 17.30000.24 in March 2018. We have a validation rule to prevent technicians from closing a work order with no labor hours posted. The validation was not recognizing decimals and was therefore erroring out if the total labor hours was less than one.
