Hi, there is an issue with sync, which has been discussed here not sure if connected to iOS 13.5 (doubtful because some of our users are not on iOS 13.5) but the sync since this latest update of iOS and new FSA app has been affected. Support case logged for this issue but you want to review some of the comments in the above post in Mobile Discussions.

Thanks @mark_v3553 , sorry I missed this earlier due to an email issue. I looked at the issue you linked and it looks like Archana is on top of it, which is good since she's the product manager who oversees FSA. Thank you for letting us know.
