Add a 'User Settings' option on ServiceMax GO app. This would include such things as:
Calendar default view – option to set default as Day or Week view. This would then open the calendar in the view selected. Some users prefer to use week view so it would be good to be able to set a preference. From a product point of view, I would imagine clients whose work orders normally cover a couple of days would prefer week view as default.
Calendar default time – option to set default as Start of Day or Current Time. This would then open the calendar at the start of working day or current time.
Push Notifications sound – option to change the sound for push notifications. Would alert the technician to a new work order assignment, as opposed to email or other notifications.
Explore search criteria – change between Contains and Exact as default. This would have the potential to speed up searches and reduce the number of returned results.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
