Some things to consider:

  • Creating a Case Comments View SFM and assigning it to the appropriate ServiceMax profile for use in mobile.
  • Setting up Advanced Download Criteria for Case Comments (ServiceMax Setup | Mobile & Offline | Mobile Configuration)

Case comments is not available to in the SFM object selection. It has to be enabled by engineering as an enhancement
