Change sliders back to check boxes in FSA

It appears that after 3.1.4, the UI / UX components of the mobile FSA on iPad were changed such that check boxes and yes / no fields were changed to sliders.

These need to be changed back to check boxes and yes / no fields. Sliders are not intuitive.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Make it easier for the users of the FSA to know without doubt what is the value of a field of that type.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
I do not see it being addressed.

@joseph_june   Hi, Joseph!  Do you have an update for this?

@ahomoly  The newer apps have adopted this design of toggle switches instead of checkboxes. While it is more touch friendly, the other reason is that we will in future allow executing custom logic instantly on these fields. From design principles, sliders seem a better choice than checkboxes. here and here

@ahomoly   Hi, Adam.  Have you had an opportunity to review the examples that @archana_krishna  provided? What are your thoughts?

Thanks!
