Being able to configure the Recent Items would allow our techs, at a glace, see where their WIP stands. 

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Reduce technician clicks
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
going into each work order to check the status
What version of ServiceMax are you on?

@guytang  There are no plans to make a change to this behavior in the Classic mobile apps.

Recents tab is present in the newer apps too (FSA and Go). I'd like to understand what more information you would like to see on this page, per record.
