Configure Recent Items

Our techs would like to see additional fields on their Recent Items tab.  It would be helpful to be able to add work order status and customer to the Recent Items tab.  This would give the techs a single place to look for their work in process.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Reduce technician clicks
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
going into each work order to check the status
What version of ServiceMax are you on?
