We don't allow our techs to create standalone records, so we don't have any create SFM's configured (all records that they can create are created based on other records).
When using Smx Go app, even though there aren't any Create SFM's available, the button is still available and clicking it takes you to a blank page.
The app should detect if no create SFM's are available and automatically hide this button
