Date & Time Picker Widget on FSA - iOS

Date & Time Picker Widget on FSA - iOS

Date & Time Picker widget on FSA - iOS is not user friendly. The spinner is very sensitive and entering debrief time is not easy. Technicians find Widgets on Windows more user friendly even on Touch enabled Laptops where you can manually type hours and Minutes.

FSA Andriod has 2 step process while Time widget is analog clock which is more user friendly than iOS widget.

We would like to align Data & Time widget on all devices same and user friendly.

On Time Spinner, We should have option configure 5min or 15min increments instead of standard 1min increment.

We are on 18.2 server and 3.4.4 FSA

@smusku I wholeheartedly second your idea. This has been an ask by our field service engineers for a long time. One other idea we had was to have a slide-bar to quickly drag the duration based on the start time.

This would improve accuracy and usability for our team.

100% agree, many engineers are picking wrong times due to miss-scrolling. We have got some validation rules in to prevent incorrect back dating i.e. Start Time is AFTER End Time etc. but it would be helpful to customise this wheel spinner for dates and times.

FSA iPad and FSA Android uses respective platform native control for the date/time picker control. We see the "tumbler" control iOS because that is the native control in iOS. We see the two-step date and time picker on Android because that is the native control on Android. On FSA Windows we see a custom control that we built.
