Dont mix am/pm & 24h time settings on mobile devices

The Summer 16 iPhone app seems to mix 24h time and am/pm time and not present the user with a consistent approach. See below:

This is confusing for technicians and it should be possible to configure how the app should behave, or have it respect the SF or device settings.

I think this should be handled as a defect. The app is supposed to obey 24-hour clock and looks like there are parts of the app that is behaving not as expected.

 I agree with Joseph and also suggest logging a defect for this. Its possible the issue is due to a different locale setting between the user and the ipad or iphone.

Forgot to update this idea...

We did raise a case and the problem is fixed in version 17.10.019 upwards
