When using the ServiceMax Go app, if users search within the Explore Menu using multiple keywords, the search is only performed with those keywords on one field.  For example, when technicians search for a Location using multiple keywords, and one keyword they are searching for is within the Location Name, and the other keyword is the city, then that search will return no results if the city is not within the Location Name field.  The city is a separate field, and so the search will fail.  I am requesting that the Explore Menu search will search multiple fields for each keyword.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Techs can't find the records they need and the returned list of results will be large.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
The tech has to scroll through the very large list of search results

@hardworkinguy Please check with your ServiceMax admin configuration.

As the fields that are searchable in Explore is configured via SFM Search Config.
