Product Lookup in FSA does not allow customization to expand fields and display full content of the desired field/s or mimic what the Classic app offers in this view. FSA should allow this so that important information is not hidden from technicians view when looking for products via the Product Lookup. It is time consuming and inefficient to have to click on the ‘I’ icon for each product as it is now.
Example below - Classic displays the full description of product code and FSA does not.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
It is time consuming and inefficient for technicians to have to click on the ‘I’ icon for each product as it is now in FSA. The Classic app displays the content needed, FSA should do the same.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
Utilizing Classic version instead of FSA. We will continue using the Classic app until FSA can accommodate this need.
