ServiceMax Go does not support SET005 (Salesforce Events) or SET006 (ServiceMax Events) to set the calendar event names. Instead, the app displays the event subject field values as the calendar event title. Subject field values can be populated in a number of different ways to include Event Subject Rules or any other type of trigger when the Event/Appointment is created.
This is not in line with FSA for Windows and it should work to have to option to customize how events are displayed and which information is shown.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Match configurability and display all useful information on the Event itself without opening it first. Especially the "Status" field used with Service Board
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
No solution exists. Engineer needs to tap in each Event to view what the Status of the Event is (Confirmed/Declined)
