Within Installed Base app when you click on a lookup field it doesn't filter
We have filters enabled in Salesforce for the field lookup and when you log in as a tech via web browser the filtering works, however via Installed Base app the filter is ignored and all the products portfolio gets displayed.
Call was logged with support and ask to raise it as an idea.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Technicians are having to search through over 7500 products when we only use 23 products for Techs to select.My idea is to make the lookup fields filterable in Product IQ as this will eliminate loading times and confusion for technicians
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
