Request: Sync Error List window should be expandable
Sync window cannot be resized in MFL
We are in Summer 16 SP and ServiceMax Mobile for Laptop Client Version : 16.60.022
GE's concern is more around the clarity and definition of the error with a clear/concise user action. @Mark Magarelli
For the standard sync conflict messages (SVMX defined) this clarity/resolution path would be most helpful. I also think the ability for customer to customize these OOB errors w/ custom messages would be beneficial.
We have very difficult time with adoption due to the confusion coming from sync conflicts, and are seeking ways to get improvements in this area.
@joseph_june is this something that is under consideration for FSA or ServiceMax GO?
@pmhodgson - FSA tablet design is a little different and shows the complete information. Unlike Classic MFL app, it is a list view that user can tap into to see full details.

In the ServiceMaxGo app too, user can swipe through the list of conflicts and see the complete message (has a scrollbar if the error is too long). Does this info help?
No plans for MFL.
ServiceMax Go has a better UX to view full details of sync conflict. Any suggestions to improve this on Go apps must b submitted as a new ticket
