Today, Sync Conflict Resolution on FSA & GO App can be performed record by record. We would like to enable Mass resolution feature to improve productivity of the user. Is there any way to enable Mass sync conflict resolution instead of taking action for each confict.

FSR receiving multiple conflicts after the end of Data sync: 


•Technician Creates Data using FSA (Installed Products,  Work Details, Locations etc)

•Technician Sync Data to Online

•Sync Finished, Technician receive multiple conflicts to resolve.

Resolution of conflicts


•Technician don’t have any details on conflicts in the following page (Fig.2) à Need to click on the conflicts to show details (Fig.3)


•Technician receive multiple Conflicts with the same conflict type (Schneider Electric case: More than 50 similar conflict generated)

•Technician need to resolve conflict by conflict which mean at least 3 clicks for each one (150 clicks for 50 conflicts) à time consuming for the FSR.


•Be able to visualize conflict type (summary) in the list. 



•Be able to select multiple conflicts or all and choose the same resolution.

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Improve productivity of FSR while more than 5 records have Sync conflict error with similar errors
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
manually by resolving one by one.
