Mobile Supportability Tool limitations

We have following limitations with this tool usage, which is preventing us from make the best of it.

  1. We need Bypass Any API access on the profile used to login to this tool. As per Schneider IT security norms, we are not allowed to give Bypass Any API access all profiles except System Admin
  2. If we should troubleshoot the issue of any FSR in PROD, we would need user name and password of FSR to analyse and which is not compliance with privacy and security norms of any organization to share passwords.
  3. We need capability in this tool for Admin to login and analyze Download and Advance Download criteria impact to any FSR without asking them for credentials.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
To make best use of the tool to troubleshoot sync issues ourselves
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
We do not have alternate option.
