We are looking to add training Document link on FSA and Go App in About Section of Tools tab. This would help us improve learning of FSR and access training documents as per need. We would like to have option to configure Help/Training document in key SFM that would help the FSR to understand processes and adopt the tools.

User have dedicated Box folder to be added as Fav.
We have seen that only training was not sufficient and we have the requirement from users to be able to refer to a help documentation in FSA or in ServiceMax GO.
In Servicemax GO we have the link to general documentation of ServiceMax we would like to replace it by our internal documentation related to our processes.
Is there a way ?
