The amount of picklist values shown to the user on mobile is not giving a great user experience on the android FSA. On iPad FSA application user is able to see more picklist values compared to Android. The problem occurs on every android tablet so version or hardware resolution doesnt affect.
Required actions: Increase the android picklist selector to at least 5 rows and width to see more of the values.
Customer feedback: "There is so much empty space on the screen so why cant it show more values? The usability is terrible especially if you have big fingers! On iPad picklist selection usability is better but since we have already ordered many Samsung pads it doesnt help the current situation."

What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
The problem is that users have no good visibility to picklist values. The solution would be to increase visible rows to at least 5 picklist values (currently 2-3) and also increase the width of the placeholder for better overview of picklist values.

The problem is not addressed. The problem is giving bad reputation the the android FSA. Customer technicians are complaining that it is hard to see the picklist values on android FSA since the picklist selector is too tiny.
