Today, the button for customer signature is all the way at the bottom of the Service Report (summary). After signature capture, the Technician must manually scroll all the way back to the top (because of landscape mode a click on the iPhone clock in the center of the top bar does NOT work) to click "Finalize" and then in the top bar of the Service Report (summary) click "Ready". There are multiple options (in order of my preference) to prevent this unnecessary scrolling, please implement the most simple one:
- have a Finalize button also at the bottom near the customer signature button
- have the page scroll up automatically (or open with the top visible) after the signature has been captured
- position the Finalize button in the static bar next to the Cancel/Done button so it is always available

Great idea Rob, especially as our process is to force every work order to have a service report now. It would save time for every single work order that is closed. Currently around 1,800 per day for us!
