Maybe this is a duplicate idea, but I couldn't find anything when searching.
As the ServiceMax mobile app is customer facing when we capture a customers signature and sometimes while in the hands of a technician as he uses the app, it would be great to be able to customise the colours used in the User Interface.
As I'm sure you all know.... Coca-Cola is a globally recognised brand, so it would be good to show the customer a "red" app instead of an orange one to give a more professional look and feel.
If you could provide some group wide or org wide settings that let us customise the colour palette of the app that would be a great start. Then we could change the bright orange header to red, the grey section headings to black etc. to fit in with our company colour palette. It would only need to change the colour and not the size or position of any UI elements.
To go a step further, you could also provide a setting to reference a Salesforce document containing the companies logo file which could be used when the app first loads instead of ServiceMax's logo.
This would need to apply to iPhone/iPad Classic and FSA.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
