Can we have a way to proxy log in to the mobile (FSA) as a end user, similar to that on the Salesforce users?
If not able to log in the apps, can we at least have a way to run the queries in the mobile support tool as a user that does not requires us to get their SF passwords?
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
User has to give me their password and also the authentication code from the SSO.
Since the introduction of the ServiceMax mobile App we regularly have to ask users to share their password because we have no other way to troubleshoot the issues they are facing. It is indeed a must to have another way to log in as the mobile user in the App without a need to ask them for their password (and the Salesforce verification code).
I agree with the other persons who made comments to this topic. This is a great Idea and very helpful to give better Support to Mobile users when we are facing issues. We are working with users in different countries and need to make improvements on Technician's support.
