We have to provide our engineer with trouble shooting tips on how to resolve various sync and crashes issues.
It would be great if ServiceMax Go could intelligently guide the user in this and even asking the user if the app should perform this action where the engineer only has to confirm to proceed.
Right now we suggest the following manually:
Try Sync Data First
Then try Sync Config and then Sync Data
Then Try Purge Data
Then try Sync Data and Reset App
