As an administrator of Servicemax, It would be great if I could make changes on the go.
It would be great if Servicemax had an app in which I could troubleshoot and have a full overview of work orders regardless of the status of the work order, the dispatch console, the functionality to post to inventory etc - All of the functionality I would typically have in the web browser.
What is the underlying problem do you intend to solve with this idea?
Technicians can be in different time zones so administrators are often contacted outside of business hours. Administrators don't always have easy visibility on the web when trying to use a phone or small device if they are on the go.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
Personally - I have to get to a pc/laptop to competently resolve issues and respond to inquiries.
