Currently customers of ServiceMax have no way of supporting technicians in the field on iPads (or any mobile device). This would be from an internal IT perspective. We are looking for the Field Service App (FSA) to be compatible with the SDK for Team Viewer12.
How is the problem being addressed today, if at all?
It is not easily being resolved today. You need to have an iPad open and login as that technician with their login and password. Not secure.
